What is a Course pass

A Course pass is essentially a shareable URL link for your users to enrol on a course.

If a user has an account: when they click on the link, they are automatically enrolled onto the course as they log-in, avoiding the administrator task of enrolment.
If a user already doesn't have an account: when they click on the link, they are asked to register by providing their details (email, first and last name) and are then automatically enrolled onto the course as they log-in. This allows an administrator to avoid both user registration and enrolment.

Click the Settings tab in the side menu or the ⚙ Settings icon in the top-right corner.
In the COURSES card click SCORM & Course passes.
Scroll down to the Course passes card.
Click +Add course pass to show the +Add a new course pass window.
Click the arrow to show the list of courses.
Select the course and click Add course pass.
The course is listed on the Course passes card. You can access the course URL link and SCORM package from the menu to the right of the course details. To learn more see What is a course SCORM package.
