Problem

When a user tries to log-in the LMS shows an Error 242 message.

Cause

This error occurs when the user account is set to inactive.

Remedy

To resolve this issue, the admin needs to check the user's current status and amend it if needed. For more details see this guide How to set an individual user as active/ inactive.
