Error: Cannot load M3U8

This article explains what to do if you have a Cannot load M3U8 error message shown when accessing training.

Problem

When a learner accesses a training course video the Learning Management System (LMS) shows a Cannot load M3U8 - Cross domain access denied error message.

Cause

This error occurs when domains required for video playback are blocked.

Remedy

Tell your training administrator.

To fix this problem the training administrator will need to read Domain inclusion list for more information on the domains which need to be included and make the necessary changes.
