Problem

When a learner accesses a training course video the Learning Management System (LMS) shows an Error loading player - no playable sources found error message.

Cause

This error occurs when your browser does not support HTML5 video playback, or if the Adobe Flash Player plug-in is either not installed or is outdated. 

Remedy

To fix this problem a learner will need to install browser plug-ins on their computer. To do so, contact your company's IT Team for support. If there is no dedicated IT team to support you reach out to iHasco team and submit a support ticket.
