When a learner accesses a training course video the Learning Management System (LMS) shows an  Error Media playback was aborted due to a corruption problem/network or server failure error message.

Cause

This error occurs when domains required for video playback are blocked.

Remedy

To resolve this issue, an administrator should refer to the Domain inclusion list guide for details on the domains that need to be included. They can then work with their company's IT team to make the necessary updates.
