How to hide/show Certificates access for users

Certificate Access allows users to view, print, and download their training certificates directly through the LMS.

By default, certificates are shown to users..

To hide/show Certificate Access for users:

Click the Settings tab in the side menu or the ⚙ Settings icon in the top-right corner.
In the GENERAL section click Global settings.
Scroll down to the CERTIFICATES & TESTS section.
Find Certificate access and choose to hide or show:
- To show the Certificate access option, select the check box.
- To hide the Certificate access option, clear the check box.
Click Save changes.
