How to link/unlink a resource from a course

Learners will be reminded to read any linked resources at the end of their course and before the test.

To link a resource to a course

1. Click the Settings tab in the side menu or the ⚙ Settings icon in the top-right corner.
2. Find the COURSES card and click Course settings.
3. Find the course, then click on its title.
4. Find the LINKED DOCUMENTS & POLICIES card and click the Link resource button on the right of the card.
5. Type part of the name of your resource into the search box to show a list of matching resources.
6. Select the resource from the list.
7. If you want learners to confirm they have read and understood this resource as part of the course, select the make this resource required reading to complete the course check box.
8. Click Link this resource.

To unlink a resource from a course

1. Click the Settings tab in the side menu or the ⚙ Settings icon in the top-right corner.
2. Find the COURSES card and click Course settings.
3. Find your the course, then click on its title.
4. Scroll down to find the LINKED DOCUMENTS & POLICIES card.
5. Scroll down to find the resource you want to unlink.
6. Click the Remove button on the right of the resource’s details.
7. Click OK to confirm.
