How to view resource links

Resources can be linked to courses and/or organisational segments. You can review what resources are linked to exactly.

How to view all links of a resource

1. Click the Settings tab in the side menu or the ⚙ Settings icon in the top-right corner.
2. Find the ADD-ONS card and click Documents & policies.
3. Scroll down to find the resource you want.
4. The number of course and/or segment links are totalled under the Linked heading.
5. Click the arrow to show a list of linked course and/or segment names.
6. You can select a name from the list to view/edit the course or segment settings.

How to view all the resources linked to a course

1. Click the Settings tab in the side menu or the ⚙ Settings icon in the top-right corner.
2. Find the COURSES card and click Course Settings.
3. Choose a course and click the menu icon (...) on the right of the course details.
4. Scroll down to find the LINKED DOCUMENTS & POLICIES card to show all the resources linked to this course.

How to view  all the resources linked to a segment

1. Click the Settings tab in the side menu or the ⚙ Settings icon in the top-right corner.
2. Find the Elsewhere information section and click Organisational Segments to show the list of segments.
3. Choose a segment and click the menu icon on the right of the segment details.
4. Click on a segment title.
5. Scroll down to find the LINKED DOCUMENTS & POLICIES card to show all the resources linked to this segment.
