How view resource links

Resources can be linked to courses and/or organisational segments. You can view these links from a resource, course or segment perspective.

If you want to view resource links:

1. Click the Settings tab on the menu bar at the top of the page.
2. Scroll down to find the ADD-ONS card and click Documents & policies.
3. Scroll down to find the resource you want.
4. The number of course and/or segment links are totalled under the Linked heading.
5. Click the arrow to show a list of linked course and/or segment names.
6. You can select a name from the list to view/edit the course or segment settings.

If you want to view all the resources linked to a course:

1. Click the Settings tab on the menu bar at the top of the page.
2. Scroll down to find the COURSES card and click Course Settings.
3. Choose a course and click the menu icon on the right of the course details.
4. Scroll down to find the LINKED DOCUMENTS & POLICIES card to show all the resources linked to this course.

If you want to view all the resources linked to a segment:

1. Click the Settings tab on the menu bar at the top of the page.
2. Scroll down to the Elsewhere information section.
3. Click Organisational Segments to show the list of segments.
4. Choose a segment and click the menu icon on the right of the segment details.
5. Select Edit.
6. Scroll down to find the LINKED DOCUMENTS & POLICIES card to show all the resources linked to this segment.
