Under what conditions can courses be removed
To remove courses from your My courses tab you must:
- be a Training Service Owner,
- have a current service contract.
If you don’t have a current service contract, speak to your account manager who can help remove access to courses and create your service contract.
Note Only unused courses (i.e. have no user results) can be removed from your My courses. Courses that have user results can only be set as inactive, to learn more see How to set a course as active/inactive.
How to remove courses (TEXT instructions)
- Click the Course Library icon in the menu.
- Click My courses tab.
- Select the Unused Status button to show courses that can be removed.
- Find the course by filtering, see How to use filtering to find a course.
- Click the check box on a course card to select individual courses or click Select all on the Action bar to select all unused courses.
- Click Remove selected courses from account on the Action bar to remove the course/s from your My courses tab.
The selected course/s are removed immediately.
