NB: Insights information cannot be filtered by segment. If you have administrators responsible for organisational segments, the information shown by Insights is not useful for them. You can hide Insights for administrators responsible for segments by following the steps below.
To hide/show Insights:
- Click the Settings tab in the side menu or the ⚙ Settings icon in the top-right corner.
- In the GENERAL card click Global settings.
- Scroll down to the VISIBILITY card.
- Find Insights and choose to hide or show:
- To hide Insights, select the check box.
- To show Insights, clear the check box.
- Click Save changes.
