Reset Your Password on Atlas (Desktop)

1. Go to https://www.atlas-hub.co.uk/ in your mobile browser app.
2. Tap "Reset Password" on the login screen.
3. Enter your email and click "Continue"
4. You'll receive an email from do_not_reply@citation.co.uk with a verification code.
5. Copy the code.
6. Return to the browser, enter the code, and create a new password.
7. Log in using your email and new password.

4. Open your mail app, find the email, and copy the code.
5. Return to the browser app, enter the code, and create a new password.

Why this is the best method for mobile:

When you open the reset password email on your mobile phone, it often opens in a mail app's internal browser instead of a full web browser. When you switch back to the mail app to retrieve the code, the page where you need to enter the code can disappear, forcing you to start over.

To avoid this, it's better to request the password reset directly from a browser app. This way, the page to enter the code stays open, making the process smoother and preventing any issues.
