Reset Your Password on Atlas (Mobile)

  1. Go to https://www.atlas-hub.co.uk/ in your mobile browser app.
  2. Tap "Reset Password" on the login screen.
  3. You'll receive a verification code via email.

  5. Return to the browser app, enter the code, and create a new password.

Why this works better for mobile:

When you open the "reset password" email on your mobile phone, it often opens in a mail app's internal browser instead of a full web browser. When you switch back to the mail app to retrieve the code, the page where you need to enter the code can disappear, forcing you to start over.

To avoid this, it's better to request the password reset directly from a browser app. This way, the page to enter the code stays open, making the process smoother and preventing any issues.

If you typed your email correctly and still don’t receive an email from Atlas here are some things you can do:

  • Check the junk/spam folder in your email, password emails usually come from [email protected].
  • If you still can’t find the Atlas email, report the problem to your training administrator.
  • If you are a training administrator, please submit a support ticket.
