How to use filtering in Users section to find a user

User section has many options to help you find the user or group of users. The filter locations are shown below.

Clear filters

 

Filter by Segments 

  1. Click the arrow under iHasco Segment to show the list of segments.
  2. Select a segment from the list to apply the filter.


Filter by Profile(s) 

  1. Click the arrow under Profile(s) to show the list of options.
  2. Select a profile(s) from the list to apply the filter.


Filter by Email Status (i.e. sign-in option)

  1. Click the arrow under Email Status to show the list of options: Users with email/ Users without email.
  2. Select an option from the list to apply the filter.


Filter by User Status

  1. Click the arrow under User Status to show the list of options: Active/ Inactive/ Pending.
  2. Select an option from the list to apply the filter.


Filter by MFA status

  1. Click the arrow under MFA Status to show the list of options: Enabled (setup complete)/ Enabled (setup pending)/ Disabled.
  2. Select an option from the list to apply the filter.


Sort users 

By clicking First Name and Last Name column headings you can sort users in alphabetical order.


Clear filters 

Click the Clear filter button in the right bottom corner.
