How to restore an archived user

  1. Go to your Admin Atlas page.
  2. Click the three-dot button {…}  in the top right corner to open the menu.
  3. Click View Archived Users.
  4. Find a user you want to restore.
  5. Click Recover User on the right side of that user’s row.
    • For email-based users, click Recover now.
    • For username-based users, confirm their username and set a temporary password. Make sure to share these login details with the user so they can access their account.
