- Go to your Admin Atlas page.
- Click the three-dot button {…} in the top right corner to open the menu.
- Click View Archived Users.
- Find a user you want to restore.
- Click Recover User on the right side of that user’s row.
- For email-based users, click Recover now.
- For username-based users, confirm their username and set a temporary password. Make sure to share these login details with the user so they can access their account.
