If you need help with logging in to your iHasco training course, here are some things you can try.
All users of Atlas must login using either a username or an email address. The Atlas homepage is https://atlas-hub.co.uk.
If you use a username to log in:
- If you have forgotten your username, ask your training administrator.
- If you have forgotten your password, tell your training administrator and they will reset your password.
If you use your email address to log in, and have forgotten your password:
- Click Reset Password on the login screen.
- Enter your email address and ensure it is typed correctly!
- Click Confirm to get an email with a verification number (Note: if you incorrectly typed your email address in the previous step you won’t receive a verification email)
- Enter the verification number in the Atlas log-in page and reset your password.
If you typed your email correctly and still don’t receive an email from Atlas here are some things you can do:
- Check the junk/spam folder in your email, password emails usually come from do_not_reply@citation.co.uk.
- If you still can’t find the Atlas email, report the problem to your training administrator.
- If you are a training administrator, please contact Atlas support for help.
