How to log-in as a specific learner

Why might an admin need to log-in as a specific Learner?

• Troubleshooting issues

An administrator can sign in as a specific learner to troubleshoot and resolve issues when something is not working as intended.

• Assisting learners without device

If a learner doesn’t have access to their own device, an admin can log into the learner’s account from their account on their device to allow the learner to complete their training. This eliminates the need for the learner to manage credentials or login processes as well.

How to log-in as a specific learner

1. Click Enrolment on the side menu pane to show the Enrolment management page.
2. Find the user by filtering, see How to use filtering in Enrolments section to find a user.
3. Click the arrow on the right of the users details to show the menu.
4. Select Sign-in as user to show the learners My Learning Welcome page.
5. When you have completed your tasks log out of the learners Atlas account.
