What an assessment label is

An assessment label describes the environment that is assessed, for example, a learner may have to complete several assessments for different work areas, such as the office, the warehouse, and a delivery vehicle.

• If assessment labels are set, the learner must choose a label from the list to every assessment they complete.
• If labels are not set, the default is Free text, this means a learner can type any description they choose.

Assessment labels list can be edited at any time.

How to set assessment labels (TEXT instructions)

1. Click the Settings tab in the side menu or the ⚙ Settings icon in the top-right corner.
2. Find the Add-Ons card and click Assessment settings.
3. In the TOPIC SETTINGS card, find the assessment you want to change and click the menu icon on the right of the assessment details to show the menu.
4. Click Edit.
5. In the LABELS card box type the labels you want the learner to choose from. Type one label per line.
6. Click Save changes.
