The system can be configured to automatically send all emails sent to users to the Account Owner as well.
For larger user bases, enabling the CC option may result in a high volume of emails, so it’s best suited for smaller companies. This feature allows admins to monitor user activity, such as training access, without needing to log into the LMS regularly to check user statuses.
To copy (CC) automated emails to the account owner:
- Click the Settings tab in the side menu or the ⚙ Settings icon in the top-right corner.
- In the GENERAL section, click Messaging.
- In the PREFERENCES section find CC automated emails to the account owner and choose:
- To start sending copies, select the check box.
- To stop sending copies, clear the check box.
- Click Save changes.
