  • Enrolment type

This setting determines if a course is mandatory to all users or optional

If you don't have this setting, you need to set it up first, to learn more, see How to set a course as mandatory/ optional.

  • Enrolment method

This setting determines if a course is automatically available to all users or if users must be enrolled onto the course by an administrator. To learn more, see How to change the Enrolment method.

  • Mandatory videos

This setting controls whether users can use the timeline slider to skip through videos during a training session.

If this setting is not available, the mandatory video setting is likely enabled by default for all courses. Refer to How to prevent/allow video skipping to learn more.

    2. Certificate & test

  • Training interval

It is the expected number of months between completing a course and repeating the same course again. To learn more, see How to set the course Training interval.

  • Pass mark

Here you can set the percentage pass score for the course test. To learn more, see How to set the course Pass mark.

    3. Custom content

Here, you can customise certificates by adding additional text or updating the course completion message displayed at the end of the training. To learn more, see How to customise the certificate.
