Modified on Mon, 23 Dec, 2024 at 1:27 PM

Courses can be set as either mandatory or optional. Mandatory courses are required for users to complete as part of their training, often to meet compliance or organisational requirements. Optional courses, are available for users to take at their discretion, allowing them to explore additional learning opportunities based on their interests or professional development needs.
