How to use the video controls

The video player is on the training session page and is available on video content once you start the training.

1. Play/Pause
   Click to pause or play the video.
2. Speaker
   Click the speaker icon to mute/unmute the audio.
3. Volume
   Point to the speaker icon to reveal the volume slider. Move the slider to the right to increase the volume or to the left to decrease the volume.
4. Timeline 
   Move the slider to the right to fast-forward the video or to the left to rewind it. However, this may not be possible if your organisation has disabled skipping. 
5. Additional content marker 
   Point to the marker to show the details. Click the marker to open the Additional content. These are available only on certain videos.
6. Time remaining 
   Shows remaining time to the end of training video.
7. Subtitles 
   Point to the Subtitles icon to show the menu. Click subtitles on to enable subtitles for this video. The subtitles will be translated into your preferred language.
   
8. Fullscreen/Non-Fullscreen 
   Click to enlarge the video to fill the screen/return to normal size.
