How to use filtering in Enrolments section to find a user

LMS Enrolments section has many options to help you find the user or group of users. The filter locations are shown below.

Note If there are no user Segments the Filter bar is not shown.

Filter by Segments 

Location: Filter bar.

  1. Find All segments button.
  2. Click the arrow to show the list of segments.
  3. Select a segment from the list to apply your filter.


Filter by User status 

Location: Tab bar.

Click a tab All Users, Active, Inactive, Administrative users to show users in that group. 


Filter by Course Enrolment

Location: Search bar.

  1. Find Enrolment button.
  2. Click the arrow to show the list of enrolment options.
  3. Select an option from the list to apply the filter.


Filter by Keywords

Location: Search bar.

  1. Find Name or email address.
  2. Click the arrow to show the list of profile fields and custom profile fields.
  3. Select a field from the list.
  4. In the box labelled with keyword(s) enter your search text to apply the filter.

       

Note You can use the * wildcard character to match any number of characters. For example, typing P* in the First name field will show all users with a first name starting with P or p.      

Filter by Date range 

Location: Search bar.

You can filter by a date type, for example, Created date, and select a range of dates.

  1. Find Date.
  2. Click the arrow to show the options.
  3. Select a date range from the list or create your own date range by typing dates into the Start and End boxes.

  4. In the box labelled Last login, click the arrow to show the date types.
  5. Select a date type from the list to apply your filter.


Sort users 

Location: Column headings bar.


By clicking a column heading you can sort column data in alphabetical/numerical order.

       

Note To show or hide custom profile fields, click the ellipsis icon (...) in the column headings.

Clear filters 

Location: Action bar.

Click the Clear filter button on the right of the Action bar.
