How to download an Assessment Issues report (PDF)

The Assessment Issues report is available in a PDF format, it contains:

• Totals for questions and learners with raised issues,
• Questions with issues to help identify common problem areas,
• Learners’ responses and comments on issues.

To download an Assessment Issues report:

1. Click the Course library tab in the menu.
2. Click the Assessments tab on the menu bar at the top of the page.
3. Apply filters to your course results data, see How to use filtering to find an assessment.
4. Click the Export button on the right of the assessment status tabs to show the Export Assessment data window.
5. Select Issue report.
6. A link to the Assessment export is sent to your email. The Assessments export can also be downloaded from the Jobs complete list in the top right corner.

You can use a web browser like Microsoft Edge, Apple Safari or Google Chrome to open and print the PDF file.
