Credit-Based Subscription
In short: you purchase credits for an unlimited amount of users to access specific courses.
How It Works:
- 10 credits are used each time a learner starts a course.
- You can have unlimited users on your LMS.
- Purchase includes access to selected courses and a pot of credits that can be allocated however you choose.
- Unused credits roll over to the next year if your subscription is renewed.
- There are 2 contract types
- Open: Access to all courses; users can be enrolled in any course.
- Restricted: Access only to specific courses purchased as part of the contract.

Credits are only used when a user starts a course, not when a course is assigned.Can credits be reused if someone fails or doesn’t finish a course?
No, once a course is started, credits are consumed. However, if a learner fails, they can retake the course without extra charges.Can I reassign a course between users?
Yes, as long as the course hasn't been started, you can reassign the seat. This won’t affect your credit count until a user actually starts a course.Are all courses priced the same?
