How to access a learner’s training progress and history

To access detailed information on the learner’s training progress and history, open their account:

  1. Click Enrolment on the side menu pane to show the Enrolment management page. 
  2. Find the user by filtering, see How to use filtering to find a user.
  3. Click on the user name OR View/Edit on the right of the users details to see the Report card, Results & courses, Events and Profile.


What can you find in the User profile:

  1. Personal details:
    1. Name
    2. Email/ username
    3. Custom profile fields info (see Custom profile fields: what for, how to create, edit, and delete)
    4. Language
  2. Report card gives an overview of the learner’s progress:
    1. Date user was created
    2. Date of last sign in
    3. Overall progress
    4. Courses with results
    5. CPD time logged
    6. Certificates
  3. Results & courses section lists the learner’s training history. You can apply filters, print a results report and download all certificates for this learner:
    1. The Course title. Click on the course title to show the course report page.
    2. The current Status of the course. For an explanation of course status see How to check your progress.
    3. The time the learner has used on this training course. 
    4. The Date the learner last accessed the training.
    5. Completed courses include the Expiry date and test Score.
    6. Menu options to flag the course, print course certificate and manage the course enrolment.
  4. Notes section allows admins to leave notes about users accessible to other admins.
  5. Events section displays a timeline of all activities on the learner’s account, including training sessions, enrolments, and emails sent, each with a corresponding timestamp.
