How to remove Administrator access

Administrator access can be removed from a user without affecting their learner status. To do so, the user profile needs to changed to "Learner" only.

  1. Click Users on the side menu pane to show the Users page.
  2. Find the user that needs their admin rights removed and click the ellipsis button (...)  icon in the Actions column to show the menu.
  3. Select View/Edit User Details.
  4. Scroll down to find Access rights.
  5. Unselect Admin User Types in the filed. 
  6. Click Save changes.


NB: Remember to leave "Learner" selected for the user to be able to access their learner profile.
