Administrator access can be removed from a user without affecting their learner status.
To remove administrator access:
Navigate to the 'User Details' page.
Select User and Edit Permissions:
- Choose the desired user, click on Actions, and select View/Edit User Details
- Choose the desired user, click on Actions, and select View/Edit User Details
Scroll to Access rights and deselect the permission profiles from the list.
The key profiles include:- Learner: Enables a user to take any assigned iHasco eLearning training or iHasco assessments and view their own training history & certificates.
- Training Reporter: Enables a user to view and report on enrolments for all users (or those in a particular segment if restricted), take any assigned iHasco eLearning training or iHasco assessments and view their own training history & certificates.
- Training Coordinator: Enables a user to manage the accounts and enrolments for all users (or those in a particular segment if restricted), take any assigned iHasco eLearning training or iHasco assessments and view their own training history & certificates.
- Training Administrator: Enables a user to manage the user accounts and enrolments for all users (or those in a particular segment if restricted), manage iHasco eLearning settings, access Insights, take any assigned iHasco eLearning training or iHasco assessments, and view their own training history & certificates.
- Training Service Owner: Provides complete access to elements on the platform including viewing users and results, add/update users, send emails and modify settings.
- Learner: Enables a user to take any assigned iHasco eLearning training or iHasco assessments and view their own training history & certificates.
Note Remember to leave Learner selected for the user to be able to access their learner profile.
Click Save Changes
- After making changes, the updated user must log out and back in to see the modifications in their account.
