Administrator access can be removed from a user without affecting their learner status. To do so, the user profile needs to changed to "Learner" only.

- Click Users on the side menu pane to show the Users page.
- Find the user that needs their admin rights removed and click the ellipsis button (...) icon in the Actions column to show the menu.
- Select View/Edit User Details.
- Scroll down to find Access rights.
- Unselect Admin User Types in the filed.
- Click Save changes.
NB: Remember to leave "Learner" selected for the user to be able to access their learner profile.
