Administrator level User Profiles
Administrator level user profiles determine the access rights administrators are granted and the tasks they can perform within Atlas.
The table below outlines the access rights and associated tasks for admin user profiles, arranged in ascending order of access level:
User Profile | Tasks | Example user |
Training Service Owner | Full access to all platform features, including viewing users and results, adding or updating users, assigning admins, sending emails, and modifying settings. There can only be ONE owner. | Account/ Training Owner |
Training Administrator | Enables a user to manage the user accounts and enrolments for all users, manage iHasco eLearning settings, access Insights. | Administrator |
Training Coordinator | Enables a user to to manage the accounts and enrolments for all users. | Branch/Division administrator |
Training Reporter | Enables a user to view and report on enrolments for all users. | Team leader/Dept manager |
Segment Administrators

NB: Segment administrators cannot change global administrator access.
Segment User Type | Tasks within the Segment | Example user |
Training administrator | View users and results, add/update users, send emails and modify settings, and add other segment admins. | Location/Department administrator |
Training Coordinator | View users and results, add/update users, send emails. | Branch/Division administrator |
