How to edit a user’s profile

An administrator can edit any user's profile at any time.

Step-by-step guide (text)

  1. Go to your Admin Atlas page.
  2. Click Users from the left-side menu to open the Users page.
  3. Use the search bar to find the user you want to edit.
  4. Click the three-dot button {…} on the right side of that user’s row and select View/Edit User Details.
  5. Make required changes to the profile by updating fields.
  6. Click Save changes to confirm.


What fields can be edited?

  1. Personal information: first name, last name, telephone number
  2. Sign-in method (email to username, username to email).

  3. Username/ email.
    NB: if you change a username, you need to communicate the changes to the user.
  4. Access rights.

  7. Status (active/inactive).
