Who can edit user profiles?
Administrators with user profiles that grant them the rights to manage users: Training Service Owner, Training Administrator, Training Coordinator. To learn more about admin level user profiles please refer to this guide: What Administrator level User Profiles exist?
Step-by-step guide (text)
- Go to your Admin Atlas page.
- Click Users in the left-side menu to open the Users page.
- Use the search bar to find the user you want to edit.
- Click the three-dot button {…} on the right side of that user’s row and select View/Edit User Details.
- Make required changes to the profile by updating fields.
- Click Save changes to confirm.
What fields can be edited?
- Personal information: first name, last name, telephone number
- Sign-in method (username to email only).
