Administrators are existing users with additional levels of access to help manage the LMS.
NB: Only an administrator with Training Service Owner rights can assign/change/remove administrator rights of other users.
If you use Organisational segments you can create Segment administrators. These administrators will only have access to data of users within their segments.

NB: Segment administrator can be assigned to one segment only. However, multiple administrators can manage one segment.

- Click Users on the side menu pane to show the Users page.
- Find the user and click the ellipsis button (...) icon in the Actions column to show the menu.
- Select View/Edit User Details.
- Scroll down to find Access rights.
- Select one or more access rights for this user. To learn more, see What are Administrator access types?
- If you use organisational segments, you can create a segment administrator by assigning a segment to the user. Click the arrow to show the list and select a segment.
- Click Save changes.
NB: Administrator access for the user is applied immediately. The system doesn't notify the user about their newly granted rights, so it's important to communicate this change to them directly if needed.

No, currently this is impossible. One administrator can manage one segment.

No, Training Service Owner rights can belong only to ONE person. If you want to switch those rights from one user to another completely, please refer to this guide: How to transfer Training Service Owner rights to another user.
6. Can I assign several administrators with the same access right to one segment?
Yes, there is no limit to how many administrators can be assigned to one segment.
7. How long does it take for changes to access rights to be applied?
Changes to administrator access rights are applied immediately. However, for the user must log out and log back in after their profile has been updated to see the changes.
8. Can I change an administrator's access type?
