Access type defines the tasks an administrator can do.
The table below shows access types and their broad related tasks.
Access Type | Tasks | Example user |
Training Service Owner | Provides complete access to elements on the platform including viewing users and results, add/update users, send emails and modify settings. | Account/Training Owner |
Training Administrator | Enables a user to manage the user accounts and enrolments for all users (or those in a particular segment if restricted), manage iHasco eLearning settings, access Insights, take any assigned iHasco eLearning training or iHasco assessments, and view their own training history & certificates. | Administrator |
Training Coordinator | Enables a user to manage the accounts and enrolments for all users (or those in a particular segment if restricted), take any assigned iHasco eLearning training or iHasco assessments and view their own training history & certificates. | Branch/Division administrator |

If you use Organisational segments you can create Segment administrators.
Segment administrators manage one segment and can create administrators for their segment.
Note Segment administrators cannot change global administrator access.
Access Type | Tasks within the Segment | Example user |
Segment administrator | View users and results, add/update users, send emails and modify settings. | Location/Department administrator |
Training Coordinator | View users and results, add/update users, send emails. | Branch/Division administrator |
Training Reporter | View users and results. | Team leader |
