This article explains what to do if you have an Error 19 message shown when logging into the Learning Management System (LMS).

Problem

When a user tries to log-in using the training URL, the LMS shows an Error 19 message.

Cause

The training URL is incorrect.

Remedy

Check the training URL, we recommend that users copy and paste the link rather than typing it into the web browser.

If the training URL is correct, tell your training administrator.

Authority

To fix this problem the training administrator needs to send you a new training URL link. If this doesn’t solve the problem, submit a support request.
